OK, I've come up a test method for anyone who might interested to try on regarding the camera apps error fix:

01. Uninstall ANY mods that's installed in your devices (included all those cenrep mods from others modder).

02. Reboot the device.

03. Install the v7.00 with EXACTLY below selections (please take note this ONLY VALID for N8 owners, others S^3 devices owners DO NOT try this)
- 01. KS Type A Improvement
- 03. UI Improvement
- 04. Camera Sound Mute
- 05. N8 Continuous AutoFocus
- 09. N8 Pic/Vid (095/30FPS)
- 27. Increase Context Data Object Maximum Size
- 31. Camera Full Shutdown (RAM)
- 37. Fast Screen Rotation
- 43. Database Max Record Count
- 44. HWRM Process Priority
- 51. Camera Digital Zoom
- 56. Popup UI Improvement

04. Reboot the device.

05. Straight start up the camera apps when the device JUST restarted (expected to see the camera apps error)

06. Close the camera apps (if you success startup the camera apps without error in step 5 then conglatulation)

07. Now surf through ALL your HS 1 by 1 (every HS left it alone for a few second for all the widget to load up)

08. Open the MENU and scroll all the way until it's smooth (ensure all system cache are done)

09. Rotate your device to ensure the phone are all ready.

10. Wait another 5 mins WITH scroll through all your HS 1 by 1 to fully ensure all startup services/apps are running.

11. NOW put your device in VERTICAL (portrait mode) AND start the camera apps again.

12. TADA!! if you are like me then you should get the camera apps are started and running in no time.


DON'T ask me WHY...

wanna ask, by using N70, we can have 2 Wap connection, jz like in the same time "Maxis 3G WAP" and "Maxis 3G WAP (2)" can be connected. But by using N8, how to do that?

Save the same settings twice and the phone will rename the 2nd settings with a (2) at the back.

ya i know, what i mean is have TWO wap connection CONNECTED at the same time

Lol i thought u make cheat code so every time want to use camera need to put camera on LANDSCAPE mode. otherwise camera wont run. its bug actually

but its cool coz everytime i want to start camera, i will turn my phone to landscape, (like im prepare to take pic XD).

Added on April 13, 2011, 2:26 pmthis bug won't happen to everyone, it's random and once the camera apps can startup then u can close and open it in no time and no need to start in portrait mode at all... so DON'T ask me WHY!!

no la, coz im using proxy avoidance mah, the apps is java, jz like java1 is conncected to Wap1, java2 is connected to Wap2, this can be done in N70 but not N8 , as what my setting now is >Default connection i put >internet connection, while java1>apps manager>suite setting>Wap connection, and java2>apps manager>suite setting>Wap connection, so by default the java will connceted to Wap, but after i start java1 and connected to wap1, aans start java2, it also connected to wap1. i dun wan this. if can, i want the connection to be selectable.

wooo... so pro oh... but if not mistaken the N8 do have proxy capability eh...

neh ..im sure u heard b4 sum thing like free surf net on prepaid mah...im using lol

diff java required diff proxy mah.. so i want the java to be selectable lor..

Chan Chan,m using hd7.the UI is brilliant,smooth and the internet browser is reli fast.best in any os.
