Any hints what will be the standard labour cost for hacking & conceal Air-cond copper piping? Is that base on HP or foot run?
Better hidding all those cable / pipe instead of showing out...

The cost is based on foot run + horse power

was quoted rm350 for hacking and power.
rm150 for hose.

cant remember how long( a 800 apartment)

my a/c guy quote me lump sum rm550/ point for copper piping < than 30ft, pvc drain pipe, wiring from indoor unit to outdoor unit.

air con point from elec DB to in dor unit + AC switch not included

Quoted by two different contractors on base on 6 unit (4x 1.5HP / 1HP / 3HP)
1st Contractor
Base on HP + One Lump Sum = 2135
2nd Contrator
Base on HP+ distance = 1940

Look expensive

ask them how they run the drain pipe, some a/c guy will just install/hang a 1 meter pipe outside your house

the proper way is discharge to the nearest drain/ floor trap

not sure how long is your piping and all but 1940 can be reasonable.

I did mine for 3 units (1x1.5HP , 1x 2HP, 1 x 1HP) already cost me RM1500.

If not mistake 4 unit within 15 feet, another 2 should around 20 feets
My relative done similar 2 years ago for 4 unit which only cost 1200. Is the price up so high after 2 years?

Perhaps the price had went up. You must remember the HP of the aircond also will raise the cost because bigger HP aircond require bigger piping.

Get the offer done on RM1800 for all the 6 unit conceal piping...one item solved.

My previous 1hp inverter installation:

first one: RM250 = 2 wall hacks(hole) + 15 feet copper
another one: RM430 = 2 wall hacks + 23 feet copper
