Bought desa coalfield in 2007 (abt 2km frm bsc) , all would say this is a good buy taking consideration of the escslating price of house nowadays, developer czn be trusted and attend to complain up to satisfactory level, house quality ok, near for those working in s.alam klang ijok n kusla sel but a little bit far for those working in kl,security wise every new housing area got break in case so owner have to take xtra initiative to safeguard the house. Back then, purchased the house at 187k 20x70 approx 1800sqft and rent it for a year before selling at 223k with a net profit of 18%. bsc is a good place to stay, value for money, also good for mid to long term investment.tq
