halo....i m early 20s height around 170+- and weight around 58kg few months back.
i had been exercising for some time. now i plan to take some supplement so it is better for me to consume weight gain or muscle building product first ? |

same prob as R'des~but i nt prefer to consume weight gain or muscle building product because too expensive for me n dun knw gt any sequela or nt~any suggestion for me to gain weight n muscle?

Depends on what you want, if you wanna get bigger and don't mind putting on SOME fats, get good weight gainers then. The weight gainers have protein content too, so you'll still be getting protein from it. i used to be same like you, i prefer to take weight gain supplements
but after i came across another forumer comment which say if can afford to take weight gain, y not eat more from daily food? so i chged to muscle building supplement + workout and more food |

just eat 6meals a day + whey protien..
6meals(carbs+protien heavy meals,no sammich nonsense..brown rice and grilled chicken) every 3 hours..even if ur full still force feed urself after 3months?????? profit! |
