the temp on idle is around 50c..why so hot aaa

is that my stock vcore rite? (in red circle)
i try on 3.6ghz on 1.4V..  but didn't try with stock vcore..  in vincentlaw review his e6750 stock vcore is 1.325v.. mine is 1.28v ? and when i reset to default 2.66ghz and default vcore..this is the temp with Real Temp

i set 380 x 8 = 3040mhz in bios then is oc 'sikit demi sikit' in window with easy tune from 3040mhz to 3200mhz with stock @ "normal" vcore in cpu-z the voltage is 1.328v but why in easy tune the volatage is 1.387v ?

i've update my easy tune 5 to easy tune pro...but after restart,that easy tune cannnot use la..error...

here i come again...
with my major & regular problem...CPU TEMP... i got the Tuniq TX-2 today.. then i apply la to my proc...then pasang punye pasang... check the temp ...hot lor... idle 
load
