I'm an intel overclocker already but still have some questions to ask

I am going to get intel 630 3.0ghz 2mb cache processor soon . I already had an intel 915G chipset mobo Free from my aunt who is working for intel. Now I am kind of gatal already, i want to get a new motherboard and OC. Should i do so?

If i wanna OC,i wanna go extreme so it would be like buying new sets of good rams...nice motherboard and cooler..... if like this, would you guys recommend me to get a higher clocked processor ( like getting 3.4ghz ) than OC it?
