any result for 6550?

guys,i hve been thinking bout this for long time..
how to know whether the processor nver done Overclock?

cause some people when try to sell their proc they stated that the proc nver done any Oc process

err.. guys..im hving problem here..
i use c2d E6550 n p35-ds3
the highers i reach is 495fsb..my target > 500fsb
im stuck on it no matter how high i increase the vcore..
need advice here..

err..mch voltage +1v only
but didnt try up the pcie volt yet..
and do i need to set manually the pcie freq?i use ati 3850..

i`ll try to get more stable result after changing my stock cooler

hehe..after change my stock cooler i`ll continue the journey..
since my vcore only 1.29v at 500fsb..
dunwant to proceed cuz of temprature
i post result later..gtg

what mobo can go higher than 500fsb?
my p35 ds3 cant go any higher than 500fsb..

did it touch any heatspeader near to it?

bro sukatra_aicaca,sorry misslead there..i tot ur processor is e6550..
ur vcore..quite ok,bout the temperature..u try update ur "core temp" first

if u so worrie bout ur temp..
just apply new tim on ur ihs

i use eztune pro on my ds3..
if lazy to restart pc just use eztune loh..last time only manage to go 505fsb..nut so effete,mobo couldnt resist

err bro sukatra_aicaca..have u update ur bios?
cause b4 this my fren also faced same problem as u..
just realize my fren also use same mobo as u..
maybe u should try first

49c on stress load eh?

full load on room temp = 65c normal i think..
but the temp still high tho..
cause my oc rig run full load only around 55c on room temp..

not stable?increase a bit more vcore

do like me..full stress on aircond..set to 16c
open side panel,use intelburntest to stress..temp around 66c-68c~
