Press Ctrl +F1 in MAIN MENU and try this settings..

CPU Clock Ratio : 9X
CPU Host clock control : Enabled
CPU Host Freq : 320
PCI Express Feq :100
CIA2 disabled
System memory multiplier: 2.5
Memory freq: 800
DRAM timing :Manual
SYS volt control : manual
DIM over volt control: normal
PCI-E "" "" "" :Normal
FSB "" "" "" :+0.2V
MCH "" "" "" :+0.2V
CPU volt control: Normal
Normal cpu Vcore: 1.325V

For memory timing, look at yr ram sticker or the ram box the timing is there... something like 5,5,5,15

input the number accordingly in bios and the rest of the setting dun amend

CAS: 5
RAS to CAS: 5
RAS Precharge: 5
tRas: 15

Try boot up... if can boot up slowly bring down the voltage to +0.1
FSB "" "" "" :+0.1V
MCH "" "" "" :+0.1V

And also remember to remove the small little jumper from the HDD if yr is SATAII Seagate HDD.. this enable it to run at SATA2 speed

C2D doesnt benifit much from a tighter memory timing compare to AMD.. wink.gif
I would advice you to throw the NO brand PSU... PSU is like the heart of a human body... you decide important or not... cool.gif

Since you OC a better heart is crucial to pump more stable and enough blood to the system..

Try to get a 450V and above true power PSu.. Super good brands are PCPC, Seasonic, Delta, Tagan and FSP... good brands : antec, Cooler master (true power series), Aopen (700W) and Topower.

Haha miss it out.. there are few more.. Some higher Aopen model are actually FSP.. Actually many brands they dun make PSU themselves.. they get from OEM like Topower, Delta, FSP, Seasonic etc biggrin.gif
