yup,i used and oc'ed before i sold to forumer.

*this fire dragon is hot enough!i used stock intel hsf to oc to 3.2 (forgot the setting already),i just remember it idle at 60c oops.gif

the psu should be enough o support ur rig,.
*
hehe..ya..this babe is hot..but now i change the stock hsf to gigabyte g power..ideal around +-40...
now i am using clockgen to clock it to 2.8Ghz..without changing anything..just the cpu speed...izzit okie?..or do i need to adjust the pci also?

nope,no need,it's ok,but why dont u just use bios to oc?
the temp is much improved after changed the stock hsf.
*
hehe..coz i am stil new in OC..tats why wanna try it first with software...so u mean adjust vcore only in the bios?..and how do i know whether the psu is enough to support or not?

u can use the psu calculator to calculate ur rig estimated power consumption mah....

for me,software oc is kinda dangerous,it will boot any setting that u made without take care of ur pc,it just push and push,if u using bios,if it detect any dangerous setting,it will not boot or reset into ori setting, that's why it wont spoil ur hardwares.

Bro,PD oc is kinda hot, beware ya!
*
heeh..i see i see..mayb will try later..hmm..may i know can i increase the cpu speed by just increasing the fsb?without increasing the vcore..izzit possible?..coz increase vcore will cost more power consumption right?
