Need help. Try to OC my E8400 wolfdale EO to 3.6Ghz but failed. Failed to load windows.

Failed to load windows. First message was:

"The file is possibly corrupt. The file header checksum does not match the computed checksum"

Then I restart again, no more message. Problem to boot Win:

"Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.

If windows files have been damaged or configured incorrectly, startup repair can help diagnose and fix the problem. If power was interrupted during startup, choose start windows normally.

Launch startup repair (Recommended)
Start windows normally."

Try to launch startup repair but nothing happened(looks like it hang). Restart again and it hang.

I've selected start windows normally but still failed to load windows. These are the setting I made :

1) For the moment, i'm using stock cooler (with case open and got extra 16" fan blowing it. Planning to buy one. It's either H5O or VenomousX. Still thinking).
2) E8400 EO (wolfdale)


1) Have try to increase the vcore to 1.35v. But failed also.
2) Hmm... that ram voltage is what is suggest by corsair. (i've send a question asking them the voltage if want to OC to 1600 Mhz. It's also written on the ram that voltage)
3) 4.0D or auto. That's the only choice if I set ram to 400 MHZ. If want to lower the multiplier, need to set either 333 or 200 Mhz

You are right. It's the ram setting. I've tried setting :

(G)MCH Frequency Latch [200Mhz]
System Memory Multiplier (SPD) [4.0D]

I can load into windows. Emm... i'm using DDR3 ram Corsair dominator TW3X4G1600C9D. It's wriiten on the ram 1600Mhz 9-9-9-24 1.80v ver 2.4. But in CPUz it's detect as CM3X2G1600C9DHX. Don't know which one is correct. Now the problem is to set all the voltage. Now i'm setting the voltage to auto coz confuse what voltage need to set. Do U know how to set all the voltage. (That voltage that i'm setting at first is from a forumer advise on overclock.net).
