have u gone thru the Overclock tread?

perhaps, u should fulfill the requirement(tweaking, voltage(s), etc) in order to make sure ur rig able to b0ot at 400 x7

what ur RAM default vdimm?
RAM that over voltage easily to fail stress even u got active cooling..
