as for the housing loan...

yearly renewable? so that means if one gets into a bad disease but not disabled nor dead, it is up to the insuring company's discretion whether to renew it or not?

Hi sir,

I assume that you mean for plan named Yearly renewable term. For this plan, its only cover death and only H&S and Accident rider can be attached to it.

What's the highest CI Plan that we can take? I mean your attachment above has Plan C at its highest pay-out of RM150k after diagnosed. Are there any bigger plans?

for above plan, the max coverage RM150,000. if you want to take higher coverage, you may try investment-linked plan

Hai,

What do u mean by the limit is low?
Coz the max annual limit is RM280K per year and max Room&board is RM500 per day while overall lifetime limit is unlimited.
