Indeed, most people won't be affected, but I just think it sends out the wrong message at the wrong time. It also burdens the club, in that the fans now expect BIG spending to go along with the rise in ticket prices and it puts the club under pressure to do so...

Watched a lot of Scottish football (due to location) and Izaguirre is actually quite remarkable. He cuts inside and puts in low crosses and his lofted crosses are generally good, since Scottish football relies on those quite a lot. A very attacking mindset and very quick up and down the flanks.

Just won the player of the year award in Scotland as well so by local standards he's been great. But all this are mitigated by the fact that he plays for Celtic and everyone else are shit (except Rangers, of course). He has less reason to track back quickly (although he tends to do so quite well) and can keep very advanced positions longer because other Scottish teams simply don't threaten as much.

Whether he'll fit into Arsenal and the Premier League in general is another question, but the whole reason for these rumours is because people are saying Clichy wants out in which case it wouldn't be a comparison between Clichy and Izaguirre but whether Izaguirre can be a good replacement. He's a year younger and can still improve, for one thing.

Whichever way, if Clichy leaves, Gibbs is not ready yet, although some people are touting Pedro Botelho, who's been doing very good in the Spanish second tier. But whether he can step up into the role and whether Arsenal fans will tolerate more young guns coming on is also another matter altogether.

Ah not random at all bro... Coz its the 125 year anniversary jersey and Tony Adams has been (IMHO) the no. 1 legendary figure for our club. He's also one of my favourite players growing up, but at that time, jersey name and number very hard to get so I never had a TA6 jersey.

TH14 also a legendary Arsenal man, but I got that for the redcurrent jersey (tride to look for TA6 but couldn't find the gold set name and number anywhere).

there is still some of the lextra nn left in ebay, but damn exp. can easily cost you the money for the new jersey
