this year title run will be nail-biting experience...3 way traffic...
anything can happen in football..n i still hoping for a miracle for us...but if there's none, i'll still enjoy the ride....  nod.gif  nod.gif

true indeed.what makes it more exciting is that man utd still need to face both of their contender that determine whether they can still maintain that 6 points or not.

QUOTE(Azurues @ Apr 21 2011, 01:12 PM)
Big credits to Bacary Sagna.

He kept Bale quiet for 45 minutes, he kept Lennon invisible until force to change to the other side.

But the midfield defending is really weak on the 2nd goal conceded.

Somehow i feel with Diaby Arsenal can play better. Diaby did lose the ball several times for nothing but he was the reason why Nasri can score 2nd goal for Arsenal. Everyone was charging to him leaving Nasri totally unmarked.
*
correct me if im wrong, but lennon outburst that leads to the penalty is because of sagna poor positioning.i didn't watch the whole match but from the highlight that i just watched, sagna was off from his position leads to lennon having space to run.

i see diaby even though he lost possesion,he tried hard to win it back.it is apparent in last 3 games he played.gotta gives him credit for that.

kalau dah x suka support team arsenal..korang boleh support team lain.

arsenal x perlukan fans yg hanya suppot masa team menang sahaja.

6 tahun x menang trophy memekak suwuh pecat wenger,

team lain sampai 35 tahun x menang ape2, relaks je xde sampai fans diorg nak support team lain..

bodoh punya fans lalang

QUOTE(tzxsean @ Apr 25 2011, 04:14 PM)
is Arsene Wenger trying to do some psychology trick on their players?
after he said he is the one should be blamed?
*
you know how father and son relationship can be

when the father raised his son so well and treat him kindly,
gave all the love he need, the support, toys or whatever,
then when the son grown up,he became a bad son.
the father wanted the son to become a great pilot.
however,
son broke his father's heart, failed to be what his father wanted him to be.
he could only become a flight attendant.
makes matter worst, their neighbor got to be the best pilot.
people around them accused the son for being a bad son.
but instead of blaming the son,
the father took it to his chin,
and blamed it on his own self.

that's how arsene currently is.

QUOTE(kanelee @ Apr 25 2011, 08:32 PM)
+1...completely agree..as a top club, we had been under par for 6 seasons liao. 6 seasons of failure means something is wrong with our club on the pitch.no matter the reason. Tickets price are bloody expensive (paid for few, burnt a hole in wallet)+sometimes,Emirates feels more like a stress house/library (perhaps that is the reason our away form is better? tongue.gif )..We really need to improve, or slowly,we might be out of the picture from any title. I am never contented that Arsenal is a competing club, I wanted Arsenal to WIN, and that's the only club I wanted to see to win. The moment we are contented is the moment we stop improving. Come on Arsenal! Proves the doubters wrong. not right!!

P.s Whoever visits the Emirates, try to find my small stone outside the Armoury store la... laugh.gif
*
whoa.you bought that stone?how much you paid for it?

QUOTE(sigheart @ Apr 27 2011, 09:48 AM)
I don't normally watch United games but I don't know why I stayed up to watch Schalke vs United this morning. I notice that United are very tight when it comes to formation and position wise. Their players don't ever stray far from their designated positions and the shape of the team is always there. In terms of team organization we could certainly take a leaf out from their book.

Perhaps one of the reasons IMO for our defensive frailties is the license Arsene gives players to roam freely, a bit too freely. When players don't stick to their positions it creates gaps on the field and our positional play becomes messy, which is probably one of the reasons why our defensive line appears exposed all the time especially when our midfielders push forward and we are hit on the counter attack, players are out of position and just can't get back in time.
*
true indeed.not just united, any other team that has strong leader will benefit from strong formation.it's like a bunch of ants, they attack together and defense together.but our team, when they attack, they attack gung-ho but when defense only leave it to the CB.to make it worse, our CBs are not even the best in the league.

but messi's goal was too awesome for this kinda match standard

QUOTE(minority @ Apr 28 2011, 04:50 PM)
You could say the same thing about the Dutch league, unfortunately. Even Ajax is not the feared force it once was and their champions last year, Twente, is not much better than the Scottish champions in Europe. None of them can retain the great players that the generate on a regular basis (especially Ajax's legendary academy).

Anyway, Ryo's definitely not ready for first team action yet. Quite predictable (will try to outrun and cross almost all the time) and is not as good a passer as he needs to be for the team. But the potential's there. Need to get him in England ASAP.

*
unfortunately not just Dutch league.Belgian,French and now even the German league beginning to become feeder to top clubs from England,Spain and Italy.pity those small clubs but what to do.globalization has taken its toll and football has become business and money making industry.

Uh uh... I see navy and bright blue... Does it suggest that the away kit will be that horrific blue crap with the Monaco template? Shudders.

This is still the best N98 jacket, love that it only has the cannon instead of the crest. Something different.
