Finished a tub of myofusion cookies and cream, felt it was pretty good. Now on the banana flavour, don't really like it, maybe a 6/10 compared to cookies and cream's 8/10

Whole food is definitely superior, but i don't see anything wrong in drinking shakes when you are starting out. It's cheap and definitely more convenient. Plus, the protein content is already known.
Point is, whole food is awesome if you can do it, if not, nothing wrong with protein shakes at all. I don't think you need to train for X number of months before supplementing. |
