no offense, guess sometimes we need to move on. kinda pity for those user have a lot problem with TM. but agree also TM always not been right and honest with their customer.lol

guys, got question here. i got bill from unifi via email. they not giving it by pos anymore? they charge me RM10 for stamp duty. and 1 more thing, u see the attachment

weird that they charge me from 15/4 to 21/4 but discount already. for next 22/4 to 21/5 they charge me RM149 but why discount RM114.23 only? i register unifi via online and they still charge me for the first month? can somebody explain it to me. thanks

guys, they should have their own like twitter, so we can rant up more there. fxxx need to call them but not answering, we paid the services even to get for help also we pay them. lol. any1 from TM or whoever close with them should put more efficient handle customer complaint. put some effort to fix the help services, really i rated them 1/10.
