I haven't seen a post created for D'Alpinia.
Anybody bought a unit there? Care to share you opinion about the place?

Attached Image

It's a build-and-sell concept and it's leasehold.
Opposite Sierra 16 by IOI.

One of the problem is that you will need to pass 2 tolls if you need to go PJ.

Leased hold. More expensive than nearby equine park but the design new and nice. I am not they share same entry as equine from cyberjaya but the entry veil jam after works hour. Maybe there other entry I am not sure. Good point is MEX and SKVE. If you afford the house there I think u don't mind paying the toll as long as it save your time.

I think if I remembered it correctly the DS is starting from 638K, and if you go and view and feel the environment there, you may noticed both the car from SKVE and LDP are very noicy indeed ! doh.gif

I think one of the major downside to this place is that it is surrounded by highways.
Anybody actually living there now from this forum? Would you mind to share your experience?

perhaps you are referring to the townhouse floor plan. Hap Seng's property is selling like hot cakes over there despite lease hold land tenure.

yeah, I actually love the place cos the area looks good. Big area outside the porch, wide roads and the house design is quite big.
The only thing is if I were to travel to PJ daily, then it would be a pain. Firstly, you will have to pay 2 tolls and on top of that get stuck in the LDP jam.

How do I get to Shah Alam from D'Alpinia? Anyone can advise the best route?

Thanks for pointing out. I should have search for Alpinia instead of D'Alpinia. Probably the space difference.

bought DSL 22 x 75 @439K directly from developer. myone back facing LDP, initially tot it will be noisy but after move in cannot hear any noise from LDP. rclxms.gif ofcourse with doors n windows closed (Hap Seng did a good job with the window fitting and rubber seals). With window open can hear the traffic but not loud. anyway its closed at night for aircon.

bought it coz design quite nice and easy access via LDP n SKVE (now already open) so basically got no jam going in n out at anytime and most importantly 4 me it was already standing ready. got to actually choose which unit I wanted (not wait n pray what dev will end up giving me) Surprisingly very little defects, all minor n no major issues.

Big plus is Hap Seng use clay bricks unlike IOI use sand bricks. wanted to buy to goreng but then decided not to! Plus point for IOI is dev already build wet kitchen 4u so no need to headache with contractor later. bad is that back yard less than 5ft cant do much with that. Porch I think oso too long. oso IOI finishing much nicer. the sand brick was the killer for me. My previous houses all sand brick, very very hot and lots of leaks when outside paint wears off.

Those real estate agents still bugging me every now and then to sell offering 600k++ but I don believe them anyway bought for own stay for now. maybe sell when IOI develop the commercial plot behing Hap Seng sales galery. Supposed to have chinese school and what not so maybe 3 to 5 years price may be good also RPGT and bank lock in will finish.

Seems like more Odora buyers compared to Alpinia on this forum...Does it mean Odora more in demand?

I am looking for lower unit townhouse at D'Alpinia, Puchong. This will be for own-stay. Preferably direct from buyer. May consider agent if the price is right.

Please PM me if you want to let go of your unit.

Thanks.

Hap Seng are given better materials compare IOI...generous in given our freebies also, feel that IOI are too arrogant sometimes, else the Odora townhouse would have long sold out.
