Anybody bought a unit there? Care to share you opinion about the place?
It's a build-and-sell concept and it's leasehold.

One of the problem is that you will need to pass 2 tolls if you need to go PJ.

QUOTE(woengx2 @ Apr 10 2011, 11:54 AM) I think if I remembered it correctly the DS is starting from 638K, and if you go and view and feel the environment there, you may noticed both the car from SKVE and LDP are very noicy indeed ! I think one of the major downside to this place is that it is surrounded by highways.Anybody actually living there now from this forum? Would you mind to share your experience? |

QUOTE(SanosukeSagara @ Apr 11 2011, 12:45 PM) @Superman7 Both.. Love at first sight? and this place has great future. yeah, I actually love the place cos the area looks good. Big area outside the porch, wide roads and the house design is quite big.what makes you interested at D'Alp? Facade? Location? Future? The only thing is if I were to travel to PJ daily, then it would be a pain. Firstly, you will have to pay 2 tolls and on top of that get stuck in the LDP jam. How do I get to Shah Alam from D'Alpinia? Anyone can advise the best route? |

QUOTE(eugene jk @ Apr 11 2011, 11:03 PM) There is... use the search function... http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...4487&hl=alpinia .. Thanks for pointing out. I should have search for Alpinia instead of D'Alpinia. Probably the space difference.Added on April 12, 2011, 12:17 am QUOTE(shanged @ Apr 11 2011, 11:08 PM) Dude, fastest way is to take the SKVE to ELITE then on to Shah Alam , SKVE entrance is right behind 16 Sierra ... 2 tolls again? This post has been edited by Superman7: Apr 12 2011, 12:17 AM |
