Those real estate agents still bugging me every now and then to sell offering 600k++ but I don believe them anyway bought for own stay for now. maybe sell when IOI develop the commercial plot behing Hap Seng sales galery. Supposed to have chinese school and what not so maybe 3 to 5 years price may be good also RPGT and bank lock in will finish. |
