Do you sleep in an air-conditioned room? If yes, try not to switch it on at night when he sleeps. My son had the same problem around that age...it's heartbreaking to see them trying to breathe.
Are you breastfeeding? if you are..take lots vitamin c/oranges..so that it will pass some thru your breastmilk.
If not...try bring your son to another doctor?

Thanks for your reply.
I do not sleep in an Air conditioned room, but I do have a fan. I put it to rotate so that the air doesn't directly hit my baby.
I am breastfeeding and I will try to do as you suggested. If that doesn't work I will take him to anotehr doctor. Actuially I prefer not to take him to clinic all the time since it's not very wise to give medicine to infants all the time.
Thanks
