erm.. i thnk the memory u mentioned here is the RAM? i guess 512mb RAM in 2.3 is more than enough,
since in 2.2, i still gets 100~130mb free.

if 2.3 allow ppl 2 move all the apps installed 2 SD then it should be fine, but if the app2sd still like
in 2.2, 320mb will be a prob for installing alot of apps. with my fren's X10, installed tons of apps still hav
200mb+ free internal space. but with desire.. already giving me low internal space warning with not so
many apps installed..

i installed so much games and apps on my x10. never also have memory issue.
still happy with that but screen is not big enough.

Please refrain from asking/discussing cracked/ahem apps - it is against forum rules.

As for Papago X5 : the price has drop to RM 99 about 2 weeks ago from its original RM 149. You can buy it online or at any of the local retail outlets ( check m3shoppe website)

YES it can run , no problems at all. Infact m3shoppe website is quite misleading - it is the same software but just advertised differently. It was only about 2 months ago, they started showing it for different devices. Before that , they advertised only one type without any specifics

By default is only portrait - landscape modes are the Thai cracked versions.

If you wish both landscape and portrait I recommend Sygic Aura. This is what i used mostly not Papago. Sygic is very user friendly , beautiful graphics but lack the junction view of X5. GPS lockup is immediate or within 1-2 secs the most. It cost Euro 39 - I paid Euro30 for it when it was on offer few months back. Maps only from their servers , cannot use malfree maps

Both have pro n cons but overall my choice is on Aura for simplicity, accuracy, POI selections, exceptionally fast GPS lockup

All the users comments are not true. AURA works exceptionally well FIRST CLASS well on my Nexus One, Dell Streak, Galaxy Tab, Incredible S and the Xperia Arc, not forgetting too Android port on HTC HD2

Added on April 16, 2011, 10:09 amSome points on the Xperia Arc memory. It has only 320 MB internal storage. This limits the number of apps you can installed in phone memory.
For such a new product, this is miserable when other smartphones is offering above 512 MB, eg in same price range htc Incredible S - 1.1 GB storage
Most new Apps develop based on Froyo will auto install on external card if it allows it. Problem is those old apps - for these you can use the free app APPS 2 SD to manage or do a force move to SD card ( Settings/Applications/Manage Applications - select app and choose move to SD ).
When you installed Apps 2 SD, everytime when you install a new app, APPS 2 SD will prompt you that the app can be install on SD card - you have a choice to choose so. It is quite useful

Benny,
The papago x5 software is in the SD when we buy it.
Does that mean every time I want to use it, I have to take out my SD card and use the Papago's SD card?
Can it be installed on our SD card?

yep, true enough, the limited internal memory is really bothering me.. didnt notice it after compare my desire with my fren's x10, i wonder y x10 got 1gb internal n they cut Arc internal 2 320mb.. if Arc has 1gb it would be a prefect phone!! hmm.gif

Is it a known bug that every time you restart your phone, the applications go back to their default arrangement in application screen?
