This is my first review of any sort, so please bear with how poorly written it may be (:
I will start off all the way from ordering from Mucro Pte. Ltd. My overall rating would be 8.5/10. The lacking of 1.5 would be from the very mild offensive language, but it is not really that bad (Considering them getting mad at me after around eight consecutive emails with questions). Mucro is really fast in replying mails, within minutes or even seconds. Replies to my mail were even done on weekends and after midnight. Extremely good customer service I would say.
Moving on, the arrival of my notebook after a month from order date. There is nothing really worth to mention about regarding the box it came with, just a normal brown box. The laptop was rested on two foam pieces, in a box then in the larger external box which took the major damages which might occur during the handling process. Since I am sort of a regular customer of DHL, I would say they are as good as ever. Quick delivery and no scratches/dents on the box at all.

The content in the box includes the laptop (lol), a laptop bag, original Windows 7 CD’s and a couple more books/guide/warranty sheet. There was also a tiny piece of cloth for wiping the screen/casing. The laptop itself is generously wrapped with plastic sheets to protect the screen and surfaces which you would not want to be scratched.
Finally after all that text, the review of the laptop itself! Startup is incredibly pretty, the Sager text with the dragon S. Cool factor +1

Casing:
Extremely cool, both literally and figuratively.I am afraid I do not know what it is made of. The design is brushed aluminium, but I cannot tell the difference between plastic and aluminium. I am pretty sure its aluminium because of the cold sensation when I touch it. Anyone please clarify this for me?

Screen:
The screen is absolutely beautiful. At first I had a row of pixels which seemed weird and I panicked. It turned out to be a dent on the plastic sheet which I have not removed when I turned it on. There is no dead/stuck pixels, and there is no bleed as well. The light is also even for the whole screen, which might not be something several users from Notebookreview has. The brightness on this screen is also …well, bright. Infact, I had mild eye pain after an hour using it on maximum brightness. Now I am using it in the lowest brightness everytime I use this notebook.

The laptop on the right is my Inspiron 1420. My Inspiron 1420 has a slight yellow tint on the screen, probably due to the age of the laptop. As you can see the Sager is brighter and has better contrast compared.
Keyboard:
I am somewhat unsatisfied with the keyboard. The number pad is really useless for me after using notebooks for so long without them, but maybe its just me. Also when I type fast, instead of the click click click noise of the keyboard, it goes thump thump thump which kinda feels like it is about to give way at any moment, sturdy enough though. The WASD keys with red arrows makes me feel slightly superior, because it indicates it being a gaming rig and boys love gaming. I would still pay a hundred ringgits for a backlit keyboard if they had it, but I am fine with this too.
Touchpad:
The touchpad is fine, really smooth and does not screw up your stuff when typing and your palm accidentally rests on it. The buttons however, is not really good. Well, it was really hard to use for the first few times, but after using it for quite a number of times it has loosened up, which makes it easier to use.
Sound:
The sound is eargasmic. Never had I heard such a loud sound from any other laptops which I have come across, and I think the sound will be better without headphones for music. I do not think there is really anything else worth mentioning. Just beautiful.
Performance:
Boot up takes me under a minute, which is impressive compared to my Inspiron 1420 which took 30 seconds alone on the Windows logo. Also I am able to run Starcraft 2 on highest resolution and graphics and still get above 100 fps. The performance drastically changes when I run on battery. It runs around 20 to 30 fps on battery. So far I only have Starcraft 2 installed on my machine, have not got the time to install anything else so I will just leave it at that.
The cooling capabilities of this machine? Iiiiinsane. The idle temperatures are from mid 30's to mid 40's. Highest temperature with SC2 on would be on the high 70's, hardly broke the 80's.
Battery:
The power brick is extremely huge…almost as big as my face. I think it weights a whole kg alone, not quite sure. I do not have anything to say about the battery, since I dislike using batteries and just plug my machine whenever I need to use it. I save my juice to show documents and stuff to people, instead of draining it and not being able to use it in emergencies.

Overall, it is a pretty great machine. The weight is a disadvantage though, and the size too. I have not found a backpack yet, and the notebook bag that came with it killed my shoulders even for a minute. While I do fear being robbed of my notebook for it being such a beast, I feel secure too due to its weight. Snatch thieves on foot will not last long running with that kind of weight in my opinion, I have difficulties walking with it already.
This might be a pretty poor review, but I cannot do anything better considered it is a work done just in a couple of hours. I apologize for my poor English vocab as well, but I hope you guys enjoyed it! Also, I did not blur out/censor my pictures, so please do not be a bad boy and abuse the information. I just thought censoring the info would make my pictures appear less professional.
I would like to thank everyone in the Sager thread for guiding me from scratch, and Mucro for bringing this beauty to me with excellent service!
