Lousy and average drummer looking for a BAND

INSTRUMENTS: Drums (Im a self-taught drummer)

OTHER INSTRUMENTS: Rythm Guitar, Bass (Used to be a vocalist long time ago, and I had to fill in to complete a band coz we lack of drummers. Since then im in love and stuck with it.)

INFLUENCE: Incubus, Muse, 7CTS, and most 90s britrock, grunge/hardrock band - STP, Silverchair, FF, Soundgarden, etc

NOTE : I do listen all kind of genres that can fit my ears except Justin Biebers. Pls take note, I do not have any equipment currently due living in the apartment and have to sell it. Only drumstick lol (sick ist?) Test drive me and judge it .

MISSION: To have at least a piece of an album.

INFLUENCE:I play cover songs alot. Songs from FUN. Mostly with song from maroon 5, sometimes play Chinese song too, MAYDAY, Magic Power. etc.


NOTE : I used to have band mates from my school, but they are lazy to practice. So I am prefer to have band that practice always. I am not a pro, but willing to learn!

2. your influences/musical preferences: primarily killswitch engage, and anything thats melodic metal
3. looking for who: looking for a band for serious jamming and going big, another guitarist, drummer, bassist, and vocalist
4. his/her influences/musical preferences: metal of course, melodic metal, metalcore. preferably very into killswitch engage songs and trivium songs
5. your requirements : guitarist should be able to keep up with trivium songs, so is bassist and drummer too, vocalist no need to scream just sing really well.

my band mates are working in a recording studio and we are currently recording our album. and we do it for free because we work there. we just need a female vocalist. however you would have to be good enough and before we choose you gotta go and jam with us in the weekends for a few time to see how good you are. It's tough work to emulate, but playing along these styles would be nice although really I'd be happy playing in any collective which has its own sound and is not rehashing old shit (nothing too heavy though!). Would this be considered jazz fusion? You should check out Andy Siti & Friends perform at China House some time, they play along these lines.

no idea what genre that is man. jazz fusion also jadilah. iyeah, ive seen them play, only one set though and it was mostly covers. the keyboardist is killer.
