- write own material, contribute to overall sound & direction of the band
- receptive to constructive criticism and possess the drive and ability to imrpove
- punctual, motivated, pleasant personality
- preferably with own keyboard, but we do practise in a studio with a Korg Triton if you are able to settle with that
