u placed something on your dashboard or windscreen (sticker or whatever) blocking the light sensors?
*
No la nothing has been moved or removed before this. Just suddenly auto on and never off.

Or perhaps one week never wash car after rain drips and dust hehe.

Well will test it again tml morning, otherwise I may be first one to claim warranty. =(

Now, second time happening where autolight doesn't switch off.

Both times also happened in the evening like now 6.45pm. Regardless where's the sunset light direction.

I guess the sensor couldn't sense sufficient light ?

Anyway the sunset is so strong until i couldn't open my eyes wide.

Anyone tried using the new Petronas Primax 95 Xtra on their Insight?
If yes, kindly share the feedback on the FC and difference in performance
*
I always use 95 xtra.

Econ mode on.
City 40%, highway 60%, cruising all I can. Average speed on highway is 90km/h. Numb to long trailers and buses honks, I showed them middle finger instead (in my dream last 2 nights)

Full tank runs 710km, average 22km/l
Pump rm50 runs ~550km before hits "15km range left".

I'm testing caltex now.

2nd service tml after one month got the car.

not necessary all wiring gotta void warranty

like i just did one mazda 3 , installing DRL without cutting any wires. but to give it the oem feel, once engine is on, it lights up, once headlamp on, it off automatically

and guess wat? from a female forumer icon_rolleyes.gif

but i yet to install on an insight, still waiting patiently for the first rolleyes.gif

Ithought he meant HID, not DRL?

Hi can I check with Insight Black owner...Do you feel hot inside the car when you park under the sun or shaded place?
*
Definitely. smile.gif

Thus I peeled off my cipalak tint and got myself crystalline. Though there's still heat coming in sometimes.

Rear passengers always complain no aircon while I have to increase
Fan level to 4th at least.

how come? my wit vkool, and my aircoon always stick at 23'c auto sweat.gif
wuhahaha... good thumbup.gif

Lol because it wasn't crystallined yet when passenger complained.

They complained mostly when aircon auto-stop at traffic light. This is how I answer them:

"oh well this is avoidable by putting to P gear. But I purposely let the engine auto-stop, so that you all won't keep asking me to drive you guys out for lunch I gotnused to the heat already. smile.gif"

Haha, anyway, in a joking way.

Indeed, the insight is kinda rough drive. Two times of services including tyre pressure checking yet it's normal.

I'm comparing this car with vios (same age as insight). Insight appears to be more bumpy obviously.

Well, after two services, 6k+ mileage, I'm reaching 30% of the 3rd level leaf. Notnsute if this is a good one.

I think due to amount and size of glasses at the rear, if there is no good tint the rear passengers will definitely feel hot
*
I personally agree with u. Thus, I tinted a 20% VLT tint at the rear window.

I have same problem like u. Hid 4300k and small light is white led. So now try looking any white colour bulb, which look similar to hid 4300k one.

Lol yeah get it from sh@rty. I got a cheaper one from him. Then my hid looks so white compared to the small bulb.

Then I changed tue bulb to led. And now the hid looks so yellowish to me sad.gif

Put it down to foglight, get 6k for the low beam maybe?

New car suitable to do wax ad polish?

Added on May 30, 2011, 6:50 pmI suddenly had a funny thought:

Previous posts where people are saying wiper nut covers are stolen.

Perhaps it's a labeling signature by people who tend to steal your car? It's telling their members that: this car without nut covers doesn't have extra security lock, so go steal it.

Lol, touchwood.
