so when the manufacturer receive back the mobo, is there a thorough service before sending out to another reviewer or the mobo is then isolated in-house
what about warranty status if to say take off the heat sink to replace the thermal pads?

Dear mcchin,
Thanks for the feedback. Will forward your thoughts to my PM. Cheers.
Thanks MSI-MY for the feedback
But I am a realist, (pessimist perhaps)
There is no way there gonna be updates on the p67 with the Z68 looming around
I am what you called eccentric
but my reasoning is easy,
Yes IDE is on borrowed time, CCO gimicky, and 10 sata port?
(well four of the is Sata2, two Sata3 from Intel and last faur S3 is from 2 different marvel chipset, making it useless in RAID-ing)
and most ppl say it is true, a floppy and IDE port on a SB system?!! Should have buried them along with AGP, DDR2, and Ori iPod.
I too would agree if these port was inserted AT a cost of losing some other standard feature, but no, it was made as a complimentary addition to the standard offering
Realistically if I am a project leader for the latest mobo series, these old formats would be binned in favour of newer types, as continuation them is really counter-intuitive.
So I don't hope for more P67 mobo that fits my requirement
and Z68? Would be suicide to the co. if that happens
Reality for me is that I wont expect any good news from you, and thanks for trying anyway
enuff of my rant... zzzz
