More specifically, what are the restrictions and loss imposed by all sort of rules and regulations. I'm wondering if it is really worthy to dump big portion of income into loan, to get one private property for investment.
cry.gif Indeed this is the first thing that pops up in my mind.

this is the way i think; why bother with getting property?
get a business or something that makes money...then get something...there is no shortage of houses only a shortage of capital.

get something that can enlarge your capital then get a house.

remember, risk and reward goes in the same direction.
when u increase your risk u also increase your rewards; decrease it and u decrease you rewards.

Well nothing is impossible...if dumb people can be leaders; i am sure your dream is easier to achieve.

Have a dream my friend. Without a dream we are are like ships docked at the pier. Only when u have a dream then your mind will find a way somehow to move towards it.

I know this because time and time again when I think about something a million times it will happen.

Dream big not small...the bigger the better,...people fail not because their dream is impossible to achieve its because they dont dream or they are their own worst enemy; meaning they say to themselves they cant achieve it before they even set out to do it...

No one can tell u what u can or cannot u...only u can decide if u can or not do it...
