As per title. Where to get cheaper dumbbells? Asked at subang parade fitness shop and they quoted me Rm199 for a set of 10kgs.

Anywhere else i can get it cheaper? Whats the difference between the solid and adjustable dumbbells?

P/S. Where to get kettler 5kg dumbbell too? cause i have 1 at home and i need another one to make it a set.

solid one u can get at Econsave.. bought 1 pair of 5kg only costed me about MYR 40. for 10 kg, i not sure its selling anot ~ can try your luck there~

i bought a pair of dumbbells at jusco last week. only rm 144 for 2 10kg dumbbells
kettler brand some more cos got 20 % off. think it's a bargain.........

im looking for 100kgs in weight and an olympic bar. any suggestions in where to find em. i dont mind second hand. whats the price for em anyways?

I've said this in a few similar threads...

Go into one of those small independent gyms (you know, the ones you see above shops etc) ask if they have any old/spares they'd be willing to sell you. It's worth a try. I did that at my university gym and ended up getting some freebies.
