wonder if my question is suitable to ask here

i've been using POCO X2 for more than 2 years
since around May 2021 the phone started to randomly activate silent mode by itself
this random activation can happen more than 5 times a day
i did not make any changes to settings related to silent mode or auto silent

anyone have any idea what is wrong with the phone?
or anyone have similar experience like this?
