Maybank REALLY has to increase their number of CS manning the phonelines at 1800881801. I have been trying for 30 minutes and it's always PLEASE HOLD THE LINE / PLEASE CALL BACK LATER. Can you imagine if I want to report a lost card? A lot could have happened in that 30 minutes !!!

Does OCBC online have a cut-off time ? eg. u can't log in after certain time. I have been trying for 10 minutes and the OTP cannot be sent to my mobile at all.
