Talk to the bank, say you want to make early settlement due to BNM new regulation. I think the bank will cooperate. biggrin.gif

Been applying all the cards available. yet i suppose my RM2k salary doesn't fit to any of them.
None seem to be successful. Any tips on getting one? Or a bank that can approves easily?

Try to check with the staff on the name sharing part.
I guess we need to "Stand Alone" to get the credit card.

AMEX DONT have installment plan.

since they asked u to check with mbb, means what u can do is swipe full amount with mbb VISA or MASTER only then call-and-convert-to-installment, which u will be charged 9% p.a 1 time for the total amount then it will be divided to period u choose (6/12/18 months).

better use DA or CIMB, their flexi-pay plan (call-and-convert-to-installment) give 10 months installment without any charge!
*
If i'm not wrong there is a 2% charges for CIMB 10 months installment.

Citibank's card is hard to get if you're a new/new customer (no cards, no loans)
you can try to get a HLB card first then apply for citi.

Nope it's not included.

I went to check CCRIS the other day, where my report was a clean sheet.
