well, i personally bought tgv ticket twice on the web & the counter staff didn't ask for my cc during collection.

imho, they (include gsc) do this is to protect cc holder, if one day someone fraud your cc & bought 10 tickets so how? smile.gif

the policy is good but does the staff is compling with it of not is questionable.

just to share dispute procedure of ocbc
received a letter stating that the disputed amount would not be include in the statement, until the investigation have been finalize.

think this is good if compare to other bank that require u to pay first, then refund if it's not ur fault.

2. that depends on the merchant if they accept amex 4 the installment.
