QUOTE(chemistry @ Mar 9 2011, 05:50 PM) Thanks to gastacopz and nothingz. but mind you that the counter staff still have the right to ask the collector to present the credit card It seems TGV does not allow reservation any longer. Only can BUY. And yes, I want to buy, not book. After reading feedback from you guys, it is great that I don't need to be there. I can buy tickets for any one as long as he/she can produce a valid reference number! |

QUOTE(chemistry @ Mar 9 2011, 08:52 PM) So after all I still need to be present there lar? well, i personally bought tgv ticket twice on the web & the counter staff didn't ask for my cc during collection. The tickets are already paid and why on earth the staff want to verify the card. Sigh...after all the questions and answers, I still haven't got a firm answer. I don't know the office number of TGV, so haven't asked them yet. The number published on the website is for booking purpose only.. imho, they (include gsc) do this is to protect cc holder, if one day someone fraud your cc & bought 10 tickets so how? the policy is good but does the staff is compling with it of not is questionable. anyway tgv contact Tel: 03-23813535 http://www.tgv.com.my/contact/contact.asp |
