to clean the windscreen, just get those auto glass cleaner will do. If you want something like a layer of anti water resistance then get products like rainx and apply. Do bear in mind that applying rainx means you will need to constantly apply like every month to maintain the effects. As for the judder, apparently applying rainx or similar product will reduce judder. That is according to the response I posted previously about my jittering wiper.
