yessir. it's actually easy, the hard part is just reading and trial&error.
if u have the will to do it then sure can. took me few trials and errors to get the themes to work the way i wan (including sound effects. took me a while on this too)

if u wan be safe and secured just stick to original iOS

Anyway the latest theme i'm using, Dynasty
Quite complete, but doesn't have it's own sound. I made my own to accommodate for the china dynasty's theme

So far so good, though i still prefer my pony theme.. but i can't find a way to patch the holes it has

Activate in iconoclasm the 5X5 layout OR in springtomize the 5 columns and 5 rows options.

Then align 3x3 by manual..

Just go Cydia and search for the tool WinterBoard and download it. Its the most basic thing to do before applying any themes on ur iphone.

Untick the installed theme inside WinterBoard n it will restore back to default theme
