I want to remove the 'shelf' and 'reflection' for the dock icons.. how ah?

I wanna get Lockinfo and LockLauncher to work at the same time but cant.
I have Lockinfo which works Locklauncher doesn't do anything even after settings ... |

Is there any way to theme the ios so that it looks like s3 os aka jellybean or ics. Because the bright theme is starting to hurt my eyes. would like something dark...
