I think it is very likely price at RM7++ psf but comes with freebies such as kitchen cabinet, bathroom appliances, etc. Perhaps even fully furnish aka moved in condition.

I agree with bro austinchua, Exsim supporters are looking for quality 1st and price comes 2nd. If the sales on 1st 2 weeks is 70%, i think exsim has made a profit from this project and they dont mind to hold for the remaining 30% and sell later.

you can get in but cant make any purchase. I went to the launch event of Petalz last year and managed to view the show units. But the SA told me that I cant place any booking even I was very keen to buy one.
Perhaps during that time the sales was good.

You can try your luck this round. If the crowd is lesser, they might entertain you and even allow you to place a booking.
