True enough... there are lots of building in UM but no parking allocated. IPS parking had been demolished for another unknown(heard is UPGP) building... although I'm not major in building/construction, but by mere looking at outside, the new building doesn't seems to have any visible car park. I wonder what those architect and interior designer think before they draft the plan.

Yup, all the fundings went to the buildings... as if they have a better building (UPGP), they can manage the funds better...    that explained the reason of all our approved research grant was held and not given to us to spend. Yet, we still need to fulfill our boss KPI by produce 3 ISI paper. Also, other problems such as slow payment issue etc... really give us a very hard time, on top of that there is a newly implemented e-procurement system... if you are a research-based postgrad, you know and should be able to understand the problem and the fuss what I was saying. Just imagine all our funds were slashed just to build a useless building which doesn't guarantee efficiency in future grant management.
