QUOTE(celciuz @ Apr 13 2011, 12:08 PM) I have one, but seldom shoot :S >_< The Industry Disgrace is quite a thin strap, I heard Optech is quite spongy, I think the S.Sling should feels like Optech, well padded all through. I love the removable buckle, and the small pouch can fit my ML-L3 nicely, so it won't go missing easily, hahaa.....Haha, guess it feels better than the Industry Disgrace right? My D700 using my D90's Industry Disgrace at the moment. And D90 using the crappy original strap ~_~. Looking for a new strap, almost bought Optech the other day haha! |

QUOTE(SSY22 @ Apr 15 2011, 11:26 AM) D700 no regret ! My advise is get a good lineup of lens then u up to FF, felt stupid save save save get FX and just shooting with a single lens RM350+ 50mm coz no budget to get other lens. It's diff story if you have 2-3 good FF lens. Watch Kai's video on Good lens+cheap body vs Cheap lens+good body 1.Better control. Quick Access. 2.Full frame. Is time to let yourself used to be full frame hahahaha 3.ISO performance better or almost same as D7k (some feel d7k better than d700 , if better then better how many stop? not much different(this one have to confirm lar , i also dont know)) 4.51 focus points fast and accurate even in lowlight 5.Can release N lens potential since u going to get 16-35mm 6.very fast(instant power-up,short shutter lag) |

QUOTE(Agito666 @ Apr 15 2011, 03:59 PM) The smaller crop the better, hope Nikon will come out with a 1.3X D7000, but came out to be increasing the crop size/reducing the sensor size, haaiz.... higher pixel density, more peepers in the houseThis post has been edited by Kent3888: Apr 15 2011, 04:05 PM |

Hey Celciuz, rmb u got ur HD CPL, how's it performing? worth the 350 bucks? or juz the Pro1D n lower range will do? I wanna get 1 CPL, juz dunno should I spend 350 bucks for it, though 77mm is a pretty good size for future
Added on April 18, 2011, 1:16 amIs there a lot of difference in terms of vibration/handshake when taking videos at 17mm vs 50mm? This post has been edited by Kent3888: Apr 18 2011, 01:16 AM |

QUOTE(celciuz @ Apr 18 2011, 08:42 AM) I used before a normal Hoya filter and was using the Hoya HD now. So far I would say the Hoya HD gives lesser flare as compared to the cheapo. Performance wise not quite sure yet, don't have a direct comparison. But then again, the Hoya HD feels thinner than the normal Hoya I have previously which is good since I shoot with 16mm FF. I'm using it on standard zoom 17-55, dunno shud I get the HD CPL one off, or just get cheaper Pro1D/HMC CPL=.= Any advise?? How does Hoya HD compared to B+W 77mm MRC Slim?? Then again, when using UWA the polarize effect only work on certain locations :S. LOL, sometimes looks a bit weird -.- Don't know how to explain it here. Is it advisable to use CPL to shoot in City walkaround( with bright sunlight)? Will the outcome looks better compared to non-CPL? This post has been edited by Kent3888: Apr 18 2011, 10:18 AM |
