snowbreeze(for windows) and pwnage(for mac) actually they will make a custom ipsw which will activate and install cydia inside the ipsw that u wanted to custom.after customizing then just shift+restore using itunes.basicly its more easier to jailbreak using that coz either u can just cook the ipsw urself or just google and download from the net...
