What are the interesting objects? Saturn? I am not so much into astrophotography at the moment. I need to get myself very known to the optics of telescope very well before I go further more. I didn't forget the mechanics as well.

I am going to get some wide angle eyepieces these days. March05, I have forum to recommend to you. Singastro.org and http://www.astron.sh.cn/cgi-bin/leobbs.cgi . I suppose that you know www.cloudynights.com as well. smile.gif

Oh no.. I miss it too. Is there any chance now? I need the photo badly now. Haha... I think I need something to record the observing event, any recommendation?

I had a xbox360. I sold it because I was going to get a wedge. Now, I will still be using my altazimuth mount. Go for a xbox360, it does really worth the penny. I would try Wii once its price is around 1000. It's going to be soon.

I find that it's easier to learn science in Chinese as the character itself can tell you what it is.

Actually my club is only limited to the students of Chong Hwa High School Kluang as it's one of the school activities to join. smile.gif

For that price range, I suggest you to get binocular. It can do imaging with some modification.

Just to infrom you that there will be a Moon eclipse this 4 March. It's going to start at 0416.

By the way, last time I accidentally removed the secondary mirror and now I need to do collimation. God bless me!

About RM500 lor... Your 6400 is so powerful... Hey man, help me to find subscribers for streamyx so that I can get more powerful telescope. laugh.gif

Actually 8" is the best scope for this country under this type of atmospheric condition as larger scope will only reveal the lousy atmosphere. sad.gif

I just found that the seeings these days are really good, the stars don't even shine a bit. thumbup.gif

Oh yeah, this time I have sucessfully taken down the photos since the Moon entered penumbra and then the almost full eclipse. I will process the photos tomorrow. I need to adjust the exposure value, some are underexposed that it seems like the eclipse has been there.

March05, do you manage to find sponsors for me? brows.gif

Viking, your photos are quite good. Did you overexpose the Moons purposely?
