QUOTE(ieR @ Apr 5 2011, 08:37 AM) Thanks QUOTE(ahpingko @ Apr 5 2011, 08:38 AM) bysquashy: #1 could be nicer if u frame the couple into the photo...i mean whole body along with the reflection and make it like a lomo or monotone...hehe..#2 is nice!.. I have another photo with the couple in the photo but didn't like the result. For #2, I wanted a lower angle but then the reflection will appear, that's why I need CPL. All my photos are using SAL18250, I have SAL50F18 but I seldom use it. Don't like the range :/btw, i am looking for a good sharp copy of beercan...and selling my 30mm macro...very very new...bought on 3rd march 2011..but seldom use...coz my camera masuk kilang d... refer to my signature down there for the link to garage sales...hehe.. However on the A33/A55 make sure you get the rechipped version. shootkk: Congratulations! QUOTE(blowsh @ Apr 5 2011, 10:28 AM) Thanks |

QUOTE(CyaNide27 @ Jun 4 2011, 11:35 PM) hey guys, i got 1 ques about aperture which i still find confusing.... i read that "aperture is the size of the opening in the lens when a picture is taken" but large aperture will get small DOF while small aperture will get large DOF, how is that so? coz like when u open ur eyes big, u see things more clearer, no meh? Wanted to wait for the A77 but my hands itchy and used a FF with 24-70mm. So now I have to wait for the A77 and decide whether to go FF or A77.

QUOTE(shootkk @ Jun 9 2011, 10:16 AM) Why oh why did you go and get yourself poisoned with the most lethal combination of FF and 24-70mm? Not a big fan of EVF, so A77 have to be damn good else I'll bite the bullet and get a FF.Now, there's no going back. APS-C just won't do anymore... You'll have to get a FF now or wait for the new FF... QUOTE(lwliam @ Jun 9 2011, 11:35 AM) When I looked through the OVF (5D M2), I was gob-smacked. Technically it should feel about the same on A900, but I'm not sure I didn't felt it then. |

If A900 is the answer, then I'm quite hesitant because its 3yo and I like to have swivel screen (which points me back to A77).
QUOTE(lwliam @ Jun 9 2011, 02:05 PM) Yeah, I know A900 have 100% QUOTE(ieR @ Jun 9 2011, 03:12 PM) A 900 is the bigger and far brighter. After using 5d I still hate the way to select ISO and focus point... Very not smooth and troublesome.... Sold it to buy d700. I've tried to use 5D and D7000 (some cameras around me), may be I didn't have enough time to familiarize myself with the cameras but initial feeling as Albnok like to say, Sony's one hand operation is priceless.Added on June 9, 2011, 3:41 pm I was wondering how you get so much..... Coz mine f11 more shallow then yours... Maybe I shoot too near.... This post has been edited by bysquashy: Jun 9 2011, 05:55 PM |
