Too all my sifus here respect 🙇🏻

I’ve tried and had both...

Simota cleaning filter was thinner, made more noise and filtration not so good. Cuz the filter was still blue clean after 20k. But low end rpm had slightly more umph “power”

K&N pocket pain and pain in the ass too reoil.
Noise is definitely more garang and top end better power then simota. K&N actually filtered better and is the better all round product.

But I’ve seen some sifus with simota air ram kit
And car flying....... 🤩 🤪 POWEREEERRRRRRR.

Haven't tried Simota yet as I have few friends from J.. Club using Open Pod Simota Air Filter and the sound can be nicer than K&N. Maybe it's so called hole or filteration is not as good as K&N.

Have tried K&N but the worst part is taking out for cleaning and reoiling but Sometimes u will just get lazy when you want to do so and reoiling. Without making it right, you might affect your 02 Sensor. K&N drop in Filter might be abit over priced compare to other brands out there maybe because of its branding.

Yes noise preference is very subjective, the simota is
Definitely louder in terms of Noise DB generated.
But the k&n top end cry is much more garang, I like.
