Some ex-swimmers available for coaching that I know of.
U need to hv ur own pool if u want 1 to 1, but if ur pool is like 4ft, then u will only know to swim in 4ft water only. Will cost u abt RM 1.0-1.5K for 10 lessons if u want the coach to come for the 1 hr lesson.

It is better to learn in proper 50m deep pools and join a group. When I was coaching, if my swimmer cant swim 50m across the deep end, that means they can drown when alone in the pool.

not that expensive. Some coach only charge RM200-RM300 for 10 lessons 1 on 1 at your place.

RM 30/hr plus transport?
Of course, u pay what u get. If u want quality ex-swimmers like Cindy Ong/ Allan Ong (ex-Olympians) quality who knows what to teach, then u pay. In any case, just make sure he knows CPR and qualified Lifeguard
