Hi all tktt from KR2. For myself, actually I quite agreed with ronn77 bro. I not even bother what rates outside are giving. I only cared how much max profit I can get after vp. Let say, rm520k I bought, after vp 700k? Actually I don't bother about the rates bcoz it really too small amount to calculate. I rather see big think big.
Having said tat, still there r many people concerned about what rate they r getting. They wan best rate and best product in the market. But don't forget, there no such thing about best rate or best product. What I wan is the best service I could get from my banker.
Different people has different POV. There no right or wrong.
