Phase 9 havent Chaud....currently only Phase 1 and Phase 2 handed over.....Phase 3,4,5 & 6 end of April or May....Phase 9 also might be delayed....but my visit last weekend....they already prep d road to tar....

but i heard the price has gone up for phase 9 coz they hire an agent to help them to sell hmm.gif

Yes , I'm marketing of TTDI Grove Project now.
You're right , the price increased absolutely , property price non-stop increase nowdays .. hehe
But this project haven't 100% complete yet.

BTW NAZA TTDI got last and new project at TTDI GROVE now, It's Iris. 2.5 storey Terrace , 22x70.

Nope , now is selling Rm 822,000 before 2% special rebate. Left 5 intermediate unit , 1 Corner unit.

possibly 15 to 20 minutes.. you google prop wall many 750k plam walk 3.. and google map yourself.. i tink one MRT station in fromt of mahkota cheras vs balakong intersection just after 90 cents tolls

No doubt Sg Long + BMC = mature.......but traffic wise....my goodness...but again depends on what r u looking for in term of enjoying ur comfort living.....everyone has their own preferences....for me I hate traffic jam and I don't like to spend 20-40 mins just to get out from the neighbourhood area into the expressway hence I wud like something easily accessible.....here is d map to show the accessibility of this place in term of highways n MRTs....4 stations for u to choose from LoL brows.gif

kajang is further back from mahkota right? and prices in TTDI are more expensive than palm walk 3.. i think i got the measurements wrong..

but TTDi is next to prison... do you know that?

maybe for chinese.. these place are "sui" that explains the vacant units there..

the secure could be a double edge sword arguement i.e pedang dua mata..

one may feel secure but if prisioners escape.. first to come in contact is TTDI kajang..

btw kajang prison carry out death sentence as well.. hanging ataupun gantung sampai mati.. hmm normally if there is a hang case.. they will hang after morning prayers around 5 am plus

so no"ong" for chinese...
