kajang is further back from mahkota right? and prices in TTDI are more expensive than palm walk 3.. i think i got the measurements wrong..

but TTDi is next to prison... do you know that?

maybe for chinese.. these place are "sui" that explains the vacant units there..

the secure could be a double edge sword arguement i.e pedang dua mata..

me too i think so.. but developers will leave the land open like that for few years to let "souls" to disappear.. before building like Pudu Prison..

in the meantime, price are expected to drop or stagnant.. these kind of sentiments sure Chinese dont want... therefore no asking price to up..
