Hi all, what is the easiest way to cancel a CIMB credit card in 2020? I received two cards back when I first registered many years back. One of which has never been used, but have been charged the annual RM25 Service Tax since reintroduction of SST.

No longer able absorb these fees. Any advice is appreciated. Do I call them? Email? or do I physically need to go to the branch where I first applied for the cards?
