i have cancelled my hlb 6 months ago...but still receive monthly statement..called them to stop sending but still the statement with 0 balance arrive at my door step

Make a call to cancel my PBB credit card service, she keep asking me why need to cancel and persuade me to keep it for future purpose since our credit card give you rebate 0.6%      (when hear this, I was thinking ONLY 0.6% rebate    ) I just reply: others cc more attractive. Somehow, she still promoting their credit card, straight away said just help to cancel, that's all.

In the meantime, I asking for official letter regarding this cancellation, she said will be received 2 weeks time.

Anyone cancel PBB and received letter so far?

And May I ask is it the entire bank will issue you a letter regarding credit card cancellation? Have you guys requested for??
