I have the same problem also. Using MBB Petronas with 0% ezpayment, balance is another 6 installments. They asked me to fax a letter to ezpayment to cancel the monthly installment and they will settle with the bank. After that then only I can cancel the card. I'm doubt it works - They just give me a Fax number without any other phone contact, and expect there are people who will processing it with my credit card number???I have cancelled another HLBB card with 0% ezpayment. But that one no need to go thru such troublesome way.
Looks like I have no choice and wait until they charge me another RM50 government service tax.
Anyone with similar experience can share?
