I returned the card and cancellation form on 12 AUG to branch, it has been 3 weeks n i still seeing the card as "Active" in online banking

how long does it takes to cancel PBB CC?
I returned the card and cancellation form on 12 AUG to branch, it has been 3 weeks n i still seeing the card as "Active" in online banking |
